
Mailbox Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Virtual Mailbox services provided by JP Executive Hub (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By signing up for or using our Virtual Mailbox services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
Service Overview
JP Executive Hub provides Virtual Mailbox services, allowing customers to receive and manage mail electronically. Upon receipt, we will scan the exterior of your mail and notify you with available actions, such as forwarding, scanning, shredding, or in-person pickup (if applicable).
Account Setup & Requirements
Identification: In compliance with USPS regulations, all customers must submit USPS Form 1583 and two valid forms of ID. Notarization may be required unless completed in person at our office.
Service Plans: Customers must choose a mailbox plan based on their needs. Plan details and fees are available on our website or upon request.
Mailing Address: You will be assigned a unique mailing address, which may be used for receiving mail and packages.
Mail Handling & Storage
Notifications: You'll be notified when new mail is received.
Forwarding: Forwarding is available upon request. Postage and handling fees apply.
Storage: We store mail and packages at no cost for up to 30 days. After that, storage fees may apply. Unclaimed mail may be returned to sender or destroyed after 90 days.
Prohibited Items: We do not accept hazardous materials, illegal substances, or restricted items. Such mail may be refused or reported to authorities.
Mail Disclaimer
JP Executive Hub is not liable for mail once it has been handed over to USPS or any carrier. Upon handing over your mail, all liability and responsibility are transferred to the USPS or the respective carrier. We strongly encourage the use of tracking services for important or time-sensitive items.

Fees & Payments
Billing: Service is provided on a subscription basis. Additional fees may apply for mail handling, scanning, or forwarding.
Due Dates: Payment is due at the start of each billing cycle. Late payments may result in service suspension.
Refunds: Fees are non-refundable except in cases of service error.
Termination
You may cancel your mailbox service at any time via your client portal.
We may suspend or terminate your service for non-payment or policy violations.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for lost, damaged, or delayed mail once forwarded. Liability is limited to instances of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
Privacy & Confidentiality
Mail is handled only for processing (scanning or forwarding). Personal data is kept secure and used solely to deliver services, in compliance with applicable laws.
Dispute Resolution
Disputes will first be addressed through informal resolution. If unresolved, the matter will be submitted to binding arbitration under Texas law.
Policy Changes
JP Executive Hub may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of updated terms.
